Your Role: Develop Custom Odoo Solutions, Front to Back
Write code that drives real businesses forward.
As a Fullstack Software Developer, you’ll handle both backend and frontend tasks in Odoo ERP. Your work is about more than just coding; it’s about turning user needs into scalable, reliable features.
Expect to collaborate closely with ERP consultants and directly impact the tools our clients use every day.
You’ll proactively gather feedback, tackle challenges, and work with our teams to make our software the best in Europe. In short, you’ll be the key bridge between WHISE’s technology and the agents who rely on it every day.

Who are we looking for?
Developers who love problem-solving and ownership. If you thrive on challenges and aren’t afraid to ask “why” let’s talk.
Passion for Odoo, Python and/or C#
You’ve worked on projects (academic, professional, or personal) where you used Odoo, Python or C#. You have a drive you to learn, refine code quality, and get the best result.
Ownership Mindset
You don’t wait to be told what to do next - you push boundaries, challenge unnecessary features, and take responsibility for delivering solutions that make sense. If something feels off, you address it constructively.
Dutch & English Fluency
Speaking Dutch and English is key, and French can also be a plus, as you'll be working with clients across Flanders and Belgium.
Strong Organisation & Problem-Solving
Handling code reviews, debugging, and deadlines requires both technical focus and attention to detail. You break down complex tasks, stay on top of version control, and ensure your solutions are robust, testable, and well-documented.
Optional: Past Experience in Other Sectors
Past experience in manufacturing, distribution, or fashion is helpful for understanding certain business flows.
