We are looking for: ERP Commercial Consultant
As an ERP Commercial Consultant, you will help companies in Belgium to optimise their business processes using ERP solutions such as Odoo. You will build strong relationships, understand the client’s challenges and translate these into smart software solutions.

What are you going to do?
- You build relationships of trust with our prospects by focusing on our approach to long-term partnership right from the very first meeting: not a quick deal, but a foundation for growth.
- You understand how their processes work and where the bottlenecks lie. Based on these insights, you advise them on how an ERP system can help them.
- You will work closely with our ERP consultants to find the best solution together.
Your main responsibilities:
- You’re not selling a standard solution, but a journey. You contribute ideas, ask probing questions and build trust.
- You will prepare an initial personalised demo, tailored to the client’s specific needs.
- From the initial meeting to the closing: you take ownership. And you remain involved even afterwards.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a commercially driven individual with a keen understanding of customer needs, who can quickly identify opportunities and actively follow up on sales processes. You combine an analytical mindset with attention to detail and work well with customers and internal teams.
2+ years’ professional experience in a commercial role
You’ve already closed deals and know how to structure a sales process.
Experience with ERP, ideally with Odoo
- You have experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Microsoft or similar) and understand how business processes are translated into software.
- You can engage with customers on a substantive level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
You quickly pick up on what’s going on within an organisation and can turn that into opportunities.
Commercially Accurate
You have an uncanny ability to spot and capitalise on commercial opportunities, and you always do so with a keen eye for detail. With your analytical mindset and precision, you ensure that no opportunity is overlooked.
Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an advantage)
Dutch and English are essential for working with our clients. French is an added bonus when it comes to supporting our multilingual client base.
Based in, or willing to work from, Deinze and/or Ronse
You will be based at one of our offices and will regularly visit clients.
